The West Columbia Gorge Chamber of Commerce seeks proposals to develop construction documents for Gorge Hubs in Troutdale and Wood Village. The Gorge Hubs are town plazas or waysides supporting the Historic Columbia River Highway visitor experience that connect people to community amenities.
