Member Highlight: Troutdale Art Center
This week’s WCGCC member highlight is for the Troutdale Art Center. The WCGCC is proud to count the Troutdale Art Center among our members. The Troutdale Art Center embodies much of the same values that the WCGCC holds dear. The WCGCC was formed so that local West Columbia Gorge businesses and citizens could advance the interests of our community together while sharing knowledge and lending one another support. In much the same way, Alison Caswell purchased the building that now houses the Troutdale Art Center in hopes of bringing together a diverse group of artists and to encourage a free flow of both ideas and support between those artists. Now, the Troutdale Art Center serves as an ideal space for its artists to work in their individual mediums while remaining accessible to clients and the public alike. The artists of Troutdale Art Center work in various mediums, including sculpture, photography, jewelry, pottery, watercolor art, basketry, leather art, and more!
