Within one of Oregon’s Seven Wonders, The Columbia River Gorge contains many mini-wonders. Tom McCall Point is one of those mini-wonders. This 1,722-foot grassy headland is reachable from Rowena Viewpoint, along the Historic Columbia River Highway east of Mosier. The upper trail is on Nature Conservancy land and is closed seasonally until May 1. Hike the lower trail until then, out on Rowena point.
