LOL: Learn Over Lunch

Ken Ray, Senior Public Affairs Coordinator from Metro will be our special guest for this months Learn Over Lunch.
They will talk to us about a policy proposal to require, over time, the separation of food scraps (separate from garbage) for larger restaurants, grocery stores and other food service businesses and how to keep more food scraps out of garbage and put that waste to better use creating compost, energy and other valuable products.
