This year because of COVID19 and social distancing, The Troutdale Festival of the Arts will happen at Glenn Otto Park with two additional sites within a block of Glenn Otto Park. Those additional sites will be the ART CENTER and CASWELL SCULPTURE GARDENS. Parking will be at Glenn Otto Park and north across highway 30 at a private lot.
