Advance Directive 2020 Free Workshop

Oregon’s Healthcare Power of Attorney and Living Will is called an “Advance Directive”. We will go over the current form and discuss additional language that can be added to your form to address COVID 19, religious preferences and other guidelines. I will also distinguish the POLST and explain how it is used. Everyone should have an Advance Directive to provide their families and loved ones with guidance for care when they cannot speak for themselves.
