Biographical Info

Mt. Hood Hospice has been serving families in Clackamas and East Multnomah counties for over 43 years. As a not-for-profit, they are the only 5-star hospice in the Portland Metro area and are proud of their small family-like organization. Providing excellent care and compassion to terminally ill patients and their families they offer a holistic approach. Mt. Hood Hospice cares for patients regardless of their ability to pay.

Jolie Phanton
Director of Community Outreach & Volunteer Services
Born and raised in Portland, Jolie graduated from University of Portland and in 2006 her family moved to a small farm east of Sandy. Due to the pandemic, in November of 2020 she started her new career with Mt. Hood Hospice. Prior to this Jolie worked in youth sports and summer camp as Director of Communication for 16 years. She continues her side gig with Blazer Broadcasting and is a longtime fan.
Jolie enjoys spending time in the great outdoors with her dogs, big family dinners, traveling and watching movies.
