I have worked to learn everything about the insurance industry so I can to be a guide to help my clients navigate the insurance arena. Many Seniors don’t know how to get the most out of their insurance benefits.\nIn this industry they are captive agents that can Only recommend the one or few companies they represent. I have the freedom to explore most options with a variety of companies\, so you are not limited by an agent’s personal agenda or interests.\nOften\, I hear\, “I don’t know how to use or get the most out of my insurance plan. I begin by educating my clients on the benefits of their plan ad show them where to look for answers including calling me if they get stuck.\nThe examples of what I cover are:\n1) The difference between an HMO and a PPO.\n2) The Federal mandates that a client can use at no cost.\n3) The difference between Medicare and Medicaid.\n4) Do they qualify for subsidies to reduce prescription costs.\nI am the “go to person” that my clients can rely on in most situations and ensure my clients that if I don’t know\, I will find the answers for them.  I am also an all-lines agent and offer insurance advice on:  Auto and Home\, Commercial Insurance\, Health\, Life and Hospital Indemnity Policies.\n\n \n \nGeoff is also the President of the West Columbia Gorge Chamber of Commerce. In the second half of this mornings chamber chat\, Geoff will be giving an update of where the Chamber is at the half way point of our physcal year. Time to answer questions and also to volunteer to help us grow as a chamber. We are growing and making our way through this difficult time of the Virus and is changing the way we do business. When you find a new way of doing business\, you grow you business. If you don’t have change then growing during this time will be more difficult.. We are designing new chats to grow new avenues to help share ideas.
