DESCRIPTION:Wednesday the 15th we will be having the Chamber chat at the Black Rock Coffee Bar in Troutdale.  We will have a guest speaker from Kiwanis of Troutdale. Andela Frymire\, President-elect will be telling us all about Kiwanis so be sure to come.
